Cancellation Policy** All appointments require a credit card to book. Your appointments are very important to Purrfect Paw Prints LLC, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments need to be made; for this reason we have implemented this cancellation policy. When a client cancels or is a no-show without giving enough notice or any notice, then you prevent another client from being seen. Please call us at (661) 313-2803 by 5:00 p.m. two days prior to your scheduled appointment to notify us of any changes or cancellations. To cancel a Monday appointment, please call our office by 12:00 p.m. on Friday. If prior notification is given after the above mentioned deadlines, you will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount. If you are a “No Show” you will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
By typing in full name you agree to pay for all services rendered and agreeing to grooming release, senior pet release, cancellation policy. Failure to sign will cause your appointment to cancel and no services will be offered. Grooming Release** Occasionally, grooming can expose a hidden medical problem or aggravate a current one. This can occur during or after grooming. Shaving an animal down to a short length can cause itching or irritation. You as an owner take full responsibility for providing any medical needs for your pet. You hereby grant permission to this grooming establishment to groom your pet. You will not hold the grooming establishment or groomer responsible for any accident or injury to your pet during the grooming process or during any dental procedure. Senior Dogs/Cats** Your pet is important to us because we care we want to assure you that every effort will be made to make your senior pet’s visit as pleasant as possible. Many seniors can’t stand for long periods of time because of this they may be damp or not perfectly groomed. We avoid stressing out your pets. You hereby grant permission to this grooming establishment to groom your pet. You realize that senior pets have a greater chance of injury during grooming. You will not hold the grooming establishment or groomer responsible for any accident or injury to your pet during the grooming process.
